✨ When will I get my order?
All items are made just for you! Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
✨ Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because our items are made-to-order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges *unless* your item arrives damaged or defective. (More on that in our Return Policy.)
✨ Do your products run true to size?
Yes—but for a relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. Check the size guide on each product page for full measurements. DM us if you're stuck between sizes—we’re here for you, boo.
✨ Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change something, email us ASAP at support@uniqueleeu.com. Once an item enters production, we can’t make edits—but we’ll try our best to catch it in time!
✨ Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we only ship within the U.S. But stay tuned—we’re working on global glow-ups.
