🔁 Return & Refund Policy

All Uniquelee U products are made to order just for you—so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or defective.

We believe in the quality of our glow. But we’re human (well, most of us), and sometimes things slip through. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@uniqueleeu.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item + the defect/damage

Once approved, we’ll either replace the item or issue store credit. Your glow-up matters to us.


🚫 No Returns or Exchanges For:

  • Size preference (check our size guide!)
  • Change of mind after order goes into production
  • Items without original issue reported within 7 days
